I practice psychotherapy as a profound and powerful approach for helping people with a variety of psychological issues and emotional difficulties


Using a wide variety of well known and scientifically approved methods and techniques, which have proven to have great results in my  more than 17 years of professional experience ,  I work effectively to treat and eliminate anxiety, depression, panic attacks, stress, fears and phobias, neurosis, sleeping problems, relationship issues, and all sorts of addictions, unhealthy habits, and more. My goal is that my clients improve their mental and emotional health and live a  happier and more rewarding life. 

During more than 17 years of practicing psychotherapy,  I have treated  and helped people from many different backgrounds, ages, sex, religious orientations, ethnicities,  and nationalities to live a happier and emotionally and mentally healthier life. 


The therapeutic process is rooted in developing a mutual relationship between you as a client and myself  as your therapist, through a dialogue that unfolds between us in a safe and secure therapeutic environment, which  I provide so that you can relax and speak  openly about  your issues troubles,  secrets and desired goals, without feeling judged, criticized, or misunderstood.

Which kind of therapeutic session is right for you? 

I offer individual, couples, and family sessions in order to help children, teenagers, and adults. Normally, the sessions are held once a week for 60 minutes. The most significant component in achieving the desired results in the psychotherapeutic process is the trust we build together. 


Psychotherapy can last only  a few sessions,  or continue  long-term– a few months or years, during  which we can change, transform, and heal traumatic experiences, unpleasant situations, problems, and psycho spiritual symptoms. I would be  happy to guide you in choosing  the best approach for you, depending on your needs.
